Sen’s Shield

The Sen’s shield is passed on player-to-player following each game.

Seen not as a ‘Man of the Match’ award, it is given to the worthy player for an individual event or part they have played that goes above and beyond for the team.

This is a special way the Sen’s recognise each other for those key contributions that can sometimes go missed in the grand scheme of a game of hockey.

Shield passed from J.K to Harding ( reluctantly ) for huge early hit in the Sutton game to set an early physical standard.

Sen's shield passed from Gray to J.K for first senior goal. J.K skates full length of the ice, winds up and puts a screamer in the top corner.....awesome work pal, well done.

Awarded from Weeks, to Gray for massive backcheck effort in the Hull game resulting in 'Teeth to post'

Steve Weeks - Solway 10/09/2011. Awarded for huge hit in Solway game in front of the Sen's bench.
